SHIPPING POLICIES

Standard Shipping

Our standard method of shipping is via UPS or Fedex ground service. Shipping rates are shown for each item on the product details page. Many of our items are oversized and incur additional shipping charges. Sometimes, if you are ordering multiple items, they can be packaged together, however this is not common. If you would like a faster shipping method (i.e., 2-day or overnight express), please contact us via email or at 760.433.7413.

Freight Shipping

Hoods, hardtops and wide body kits cannot be shipped by standard carriers because they are too large and are shipped via a freight carrier. The shipping cost quoted on this site is for deliveries to COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES ONLY. Freight items shipped to a residential address incur additional shipping charges of up to $100.00. If you supply a residential address for freight shipping, we will contact you to determine any additional charges before shipment. DGM freight shipping includes only standard curbisde delivery. Freight shipping does not include: "white glove" service, inside delivery, or delivery to any floors other than the ground floor.

Where we ship

Currently, DG Motorsports ships to addresses within the United States, its territories and Canada. Shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and U.S. territories) incur additional shipping charges beyond those quoted on this site. We will contact you with your additional charges shortly after you place your order, or you may request a quote before ordering. We will ship to many countries not listed - please contact us to inquire about delivery to your address.

Delivery times

Weekdays: For orders shipped via ground service, all in stock items ship on the same business day for orders placed before 11am (PST). Orders placed after 11 am (PST) are processed the next business day, and in-stock items ship the day after processed. Weekends: If your order is placed after 2pm (PST) on Friday, it will be processed the following business day for shipment that same business day.

Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, backorders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are on backorder, you will be notified via email with an estimated shipping date. Backordered items are kept open for 30 days. After 30 days the item(s) on back order will be cancelled and refunded, at which time you may re-order if you wish.

Non-Stocked Items

Most fiberglass parts, and ALL carbon fiber parts are made per order and not kept in inventory. These items usually ship within 10 business days of your order date. We will contact you to confirm your order and inform you of the expected shipping date.

We try hard to ship in the times quoted (and faster if possible), but sometimes items are delayed beyond the stated windows. If an item that you order will take longer than the original estimate, we will inform you as soon as possible to let you know what the new estimated shipping date is.
