With some exceptions (see below regarding carbon fiber parts), if you are not satisfied with any regularly stocked item, you may exchange it within 10 days of your receipt of merchandise, however you must pay to ship the item back to us. Any shipping fees and/or costs are non-refundable. Here are the exceptions and clarifications:
Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept exchanges on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, etc.)
Carbon Fiber Parts
All carbon fiber parts are custom made, and do not qualify as regularly-stocked items. We do not accept returns on any carbon fiber part, unless it is damaged in shipping. We insure all of our shipments, so a claim can be filed for items damaged in transit. Please inspect all items upon receipt and be sure to keep your packaging. Please note that all handcrafted products, such as our carbon fiber parts, have some minor irregularities, such as minor differences in the weave of the carbon. These irregularities are normal and are not considered defects.
Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Damaged Goods Replacements
Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. Keep all of the original packing material. Please contact us, and we will provide you with instructions.
Items that carry a warranty are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of receipt. DG Motorsports will not back warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, abuse, neglect, accidents, competition or use or damages resulting from purposes other than for show. Warranty claims apply to DG Motorsports warranted parts only. Parts returned under warranty will be handled by our quality control department, which could take up to three weeks. If our quality control department determines that the damage was due to manufacturer error, an exchange or credit will be issued at our option. DG Motorsports does not cover the cost of return shipping to our facility.
